Through regular contact with our customers, we gain first-hand, relevant knowledge of whether our products need to be improved and, if so, how to go about it.

 

We listen to our staff

 

Our staff work out improvement suggestions in manufacturing processes and products both independently and in teams. Through brief and direct communication and decision-making processes within the company, we are able to bring about innovations in a straightforward and cost-effective manner.

 

We have our products tested

 

Respected materials research institutes test VSR products under our instructions. We work in successful collaboration with the Faculty of Mechanical and Process Engineering at Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences (Fachhochschule Düsseldorf) and the Swiss Paul Scherrer Institute.

 

Certification

 

VSR quality management certification in accordance with the German Institute for Standardization DIN ISO 9001:2000 guarantees our customers and partners a constant high standard – from production through to customer services.
