Questions
We take questions by telephone, fax, e-mail, via our website, by a personal on-site visit from a member of our staff or an in-house appointment with us. We use every method of communication available to be able to offer you fast and straightforward assistance.
Assessment of requirements and advice
In the same way, we give our assessment of requirements and advice using speedy means of communication such as telephone, fax, e-mail or even a personal interview on site or at our premises.
The technical interpretation
We draw up a technical interpretation, depending on the problem, based on the description and instructions given by the customer in our questionnaire. Alternatively, we take down the details over the phone or on site.
Offer
We can prepare an offer for simple installations within a few hours or immediately by phone. Complex projects require just a few days to a week for an offer to be prepared, if certain special preparations have to be taken into account.
Order / commissioning / delivery
- On request, we ship spare parts on the same day for orders received by 12 noon, so that next-day delivery by 12 noon is possible.
- We can ship warehouse goods within a few days.
- Order-specific production including steel construction, control and document preparation is possible within two to four weeks, or quicker, depending on the size of the order, capacity and urgency.
Assembly and supervision
We carry out assembly and supervision by arrangement straight after delivery. Our fitters can deliver goods of a total weight of up to 500 kg, arriving with our assembly wagon.
Putting into operation and final inspection
Putting the system into operation and final inspection usually take place straight after assembly.
