Advice and project planning and development require closely connected work stages and processes.

Our advice covers the existing and proposed conditions, which we check against possible solutions in accordance with the latest technology.

In the project planning phase we develop a solution approach or approaches and compare and evaluate them.

When the contract is signed, we work out a detailed plan on the basis of this result. We establish measures like construction, provisioning, process and cost optimization, temporary processes etc in detail, supervising and correcting these as required.
